Sailash and Vini live in Osprey, Florida, along the Sarasota coast, where they’re raising their two children and building a life centered on family, community, and meaningful work.
Sailash
Operations & Technology
Sailash spent over 20 years in corporate leadership — data, analytics, technology, and operations — before deciding it was time to build something of his own. That journey started with SanVia, a home décor brand he founded and operates, along with multi-property real estate investing. He holds a background in electrical engineering and business, and has spent his career solving operational problems at scale — experience he’s now looking to apply full-time to a single business, for the long haul.
Vini
Physician and Healthcare Operator
Vini is a physician, an ENT surgeon by training, with over a decade of medical education, research, and hands-on clinical practice. Her background in patient care and clinical operations brings a distinct kind of operating depth — particularly relevant to healthcare-oriented acquisitions, where she can step in and lead directly rather than invest passively.
Together, Sailash and Vini bring a combination of operational, financial, and clinical expertise — positioning them to personally operate a business across a range of industries, with the intention of doing so, in Sarasota, for years to come.
